Bistro Bouillon

A bistro bouillon is a French eatery that serves delicious food, quickly and cheaply. Traditionally, bouillon (‘broth’ in English) was served by a bistro bouillon to workers in market halls. Operating as a bistro bouillon allows us to achieve our mission - providing an affordable French food experience using local South Australian as well as produce directly from France.

Viennoiserie

Viennoiserie are pastries made in the style of Vienna, Austria. Viennoiserie are traditionally flaky and often sweet. The most recognisable viennoiserie is the iconic croissant.

Viennoiserie at Maison Clement are all made fresh in-house.

Boulangerie

A boulangerie is a French bakery which bakes its bread fresh on-site each day. The most famous bread produced by a boulangerie is the humble baguette.

Maison Clement offers fresh baguette each day, served with fresh local ingredients for a delicious and quick lunch.

Pâtisserie

Pâtisserie are French sweets which are often intricately designed and full of flavour.

All Maison Clement patisserie are freshly hand made on-site.
